Had a great stay over our long weekend! The location is great, super walkable to everything in Three Oaks. The outdoor space was perfect for the six of us. The A/C broke down the day we got there but the hosts were on top of it - got it fixed the next day and had portable units in the meantime. They were super communicative which allowed us to not worry and enjoy our trip. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at the Good Karma Guesthouse! The location was great and close to so many shops, beaches and restaurants. The host/hostess was exceptionally accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The property itself was beautifully decorated, with a cozy yet modern interior that made us feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped. We especially enjoyed mornings on the porch, sipping coffee afternoons on the back porch soaking in the sunrise. The location was also ideal for exploring nearby attractions, and charming towns just a short drive away. The host/hostess provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities, which enhanced our overall experience. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. We left feeling rejuvenated and already planning our next visit. We highly recommend Good Karma Guesthouse for anyone looking to unwind and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Three Oaks, MI.

This was a perfect place for the weekend for the entire family! We built a bonfire in the backyard, soaked in the hottub, cooked yummy meals in the kitchen, walked into town and slept well in our beds. Thank you for making this such a wonderful expereince.

Great place! Location is walkable to downtown Three Oaks, and a short drive to New Buffalo beach. Beautiful house, well stocked, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the three season room and the hot tub. We would love to stay again!

The house was as beautiful as the pictures said. Pretty close to the neighbors homes, but still felt somewhat private. Easy walk to downtown, cute little town with so many friendly local establishments. Would definitely visit Three Oaks again.

Me and my girls went for Spring Break to have a relaxing time together. One of our favorite features of the house was the hot tub. We enjoyed that every night! It was very private and in working condition. Loved all the outdoor lights being connected to a remote control. Made it super easy and convenient. The kitchen is STOCKED! She had items in there that I have never seen in an airbnb. Made it feel very homey for me. We all loved the decorations throughout the home. Great taste! I even took a few pictures of items that I would love to have in my own home :). The keypad to get in the home is a bit tricky. Would take multiple tries before it unlocked and locked. So be patient with that. I would love to come back when the weather is a bit warmer and stay again. She had the cutest enclosed outdoor patio. String lights & cute decor. I wanted to sit out there, but it was just way to cold. Loved our stay at this place for sure!

Absolutely loved this place. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy all the things in town.
Pictures don’t do this place justice, it was beautiful. So homey from the time you walked in. I loved the screened in porch the day was a bit brisk, but the sun coming through the skylights made it feel good to sit out there. Everything about this place makes me want to come back.

The Good Karma Guesthouse was perfect for 6 adults and a 9 month old. The amenities were amazing. The chefs kitchen, Weber grill, hot tub and an array of wine/cocktail glasses to pair with our meals. They even had a pack n play and high chair for our little girl. Great location in three oaks, close to everything in downtown three oaks and less than 30 minutes to a plethora of wineries and breweries in southwest Michigan.

Everything was great — the place had essentially anything you would need. The only thing was that the dining room area looked bigger in photos, so we were surprised when we first walked in to see how small it was, but it turned out to be cozy and intimate so it was nice. The place was clean & the backyard space and patio were really spacious. I just wish they had a no-shoes in the house rule — it felt musty as you could tell people had worn their shoes inside.

A group of girlfriends decided to get out of the city for a while for a little get away and let me tell you this beautiful home was exactly what we needed. The house is so adorable. (BIG TIME bravo to the cleaning team!!) ALL of the outdoor spaces are just as amazing! Yes, I said ALL OF, because there are 4 different outdoor spaces for you to enjoy. The enclosed patio space that is perfect 24 hours, the outdoor patio deck, the hot tube, and then the patio sitting and fire pit that is in the yard. The home is walking distance to the little Three Oaks downtown area, or you can easily hoop in your car and be downtown New Buffalo in 10 mins or any of the surrounding areas in 15-30 mins. We fell in love with the wonderful neighbors and their adorable dog Teddy!!! The couple was so wonderful and kind! They made us feel like we lived there and were their neighbors! We would come back just to see them! So wonderful! We can't say enough about this beautiful home and the amazing team/Host that communicated just enough to make sure we got checked in, see if we needed anything and made sure we were all squared away to check out. Wow just wow. This place is so chic and has it all. My son, pooch and I had a lovely stay. So clean and aesthetically pleasing. The beds were so comfortable with great sheets to boot. We enjoyed grilling out, the fire pit, hot tub and the screened in porch. Left feeling relaxed and re-centered. Host communication was great and you could tell how well taken care of this adorable home is. We also enjoyed the beach and the stray dog, but didn’t feel the need to leave this place much as it had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Such a great experience! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The house is walking distance to the town of Three Oaks and a short drive to several beaches and other cute towns. The house was very well stocked and is beautiful! We highly recommend staying here!

Don’t hesitate to book this location!! It’s so close (walking distance) to downtown which a great bakery, cute little restaurants, and a cute park at a school. Also so close to multiple beach options and a distillery! We loved the outdoor living space and the inside was so clean and well organized with everything we didn’t even know we needed (including kids plates and cups we had forgotten to bring ourselves!). Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! It’s a getaway from the busy hustle and bustle of your normal life while also not being too far from everything you might want to do.

We had a wonderful long holiday weekend at this property. Our teenage daughters loved the hot tub! The property was very clean and well stocked. The screened in porch was perfect for playing cards and keeping mosquitos out! Communication with property prior to our arrival and during our stay was excellent! Additionally, The beds were comfortable and this property was like our "home away from home," in terms of decor and furnishings. Lovely property- we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We stayed four nights at this lovely home. Immaculate and tastefully decorated. Very spacious. Screened in porch and deck is where we spent a lot of time. Short walk to in town dining and shops.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at Good Karma! This welcoming home is new, clean and beautifully decorated. It is also extremely well stocked. Everything you could need for your stay has been provided. We were there for a wedding at Journeyman which is just a short walk away. This is a real winner - if you are looking to stay in the area, do not hesitate!

Adorable updated cottage. Loved the screened in porch and location to everything. Walking distance to shops/restaurants and 10 min or so from New Buffalo. Our Bernese Mtn Dog enjoyed it as well.

House is spacious, updated, clean, and has plenty of outdoor space! We loved the deck with hot tub and the screened in porch. Walking distance to journeyman distillery and only about 10-15 min drive to new Buffalo beach.
Dog friendly but the next door neighbor is not.

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing house. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Sparkly clean hot tub. It is on a busy road, so you need to keep an eye on your dog, but the deck is fenced and there is a really sweet screened porch and we so appreciate it being dog friendly. You don't need to bring anything except your special spices. The kitchen is well equipped (we did very little cooking). Three Oaks is an adorable town and close to the beach and wineries. Shop owners were very welcoming. We rented bikes and enjoyed the country roads and wandering the streets of T.O. We did not want to leave. Highly recommend.

Good Karma Guest House was all that we had hoped for and more! We LOVED how super cute and stylish the decor was throughout, enjoyed cooking in the chef kitchen, and relaxing in the cozy-cool living room (my favorite was the vintage fireplace!). We also absolutely loved the option of hanging out in the screened-in porch or enjoying the day outside on the back deck (*the front deck is perfect for happy hour drinks and watching the sunset). Great amenities like the backyard firepit and jacuzzi were the finishing touch, not to mention we were within walking distance of cute shops and restaurants in downtown Three Oaks plus the Journeyman Distillery and The Acorn Theater. We truly felt like we had the best location for our visit to Harbor County, being just a short drive from New Buffalo, Sawyer, Lakeside, and Union Pier, with easy access to the beaches, dunes, and more.
