THE SPACE
Pool Paradise’s interior is bright, open, and relaxed, with natural light streaming through sliding glass doors that look out to the pool and surrounding palms. A large sectional faces the wall-mounted smart TV and defines the main living space without interrupting the view. The dining area seats eight beneath warm lighting, with additional seating at the kitchen island. White cabinetry and stainless appliances carry a refined coastal tone, while woven textures and tropical accents add depth and character.

Each bedroom is beautifully appointed for rest and comfort, with soft textiles, breezy decor, and warm natural light. A mix of modern and classic elements gives each space a finished, restful tone suited to the easy pace of Naples.

Pool Paradise includes two bathrooms, both styled with clean finishes and understated coastal detail. The primary bathroom has a glass-enclosed rainfall shower and a double vanity. The second bath offers updated fixtures and a light, open feel. A separate laundry room with washer, dryer, utility sink, and open shelving supports longer stays and easy transitions from the beach.

Beyond the glass doors, a fully enclosed backyard unfolds as a private tropical haven, centered around a sparkling pool with a shallow sun shelf and hot tub perfect for lounging. Surrounded by lush palms and privacy landscaping, the outdoor space includes multiple seating areas for dining, sunbathing, and unwinding in the delicious shade. The gas grill is ready for easy dinners, and the entire space invites you to relax, recharge, and enjoy the dreamy rhythm of the Florida coast.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Pets are not allowed at this home.

STORM POLICY:
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. Additionally, Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds.

Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. flooding, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) at time of booking. We urge our guests to buy travel insurance for coverage in the instance that interruptions force your stay to be canceled.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
