This custom 4BR/3BA home was made to entertain w/ a large temp-controlled 3-season room, a pool, hot tub, grill + large patio area. (A private Lake Michigan beach is a short walk.) Wood floors throughout, the spacious LR has Smart TV + a fireplace. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances. The Master BR offers a King bed + adjacent full bath. Upstairs are 3 BRs + a full bath. BR 1 has a King bed; BR 2 has 2 Queen beds; BR 3 has a full bed + a twin bed. Downstairs is a rec room.

THE SPACE
Summer Breeze’s open floor plan includes a spacious living area with a smart TV and a fireplace ideal for chilly evenings. Just off the living room is a massive 3 season room with both heat and A/C, a large smart TV, comfy couches and a harvest table for group dining so you can relax and enjoy the football game, play cards, share meals and make memories. Step outside to access the seasonal pool (opens May 12, 2023), hot tub (open YEAR-ROUND), and gas grill. The main level also includes a beautiful kitchen stocked with a deluxe housewares package, and a sunny breakfast area overlooks the front yard. The primary suite offers a king-size bed and adjacent full bath.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; bedroom 2 has two queen beds; bedroom 3 has a full bed and a twin bed. On the lower level is a rec room that is ideal for little ones to play.

Summer Breeze is set in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that feels a world away from it all yet everything in both Michigan City and New Buffalo/Harbor Country areas is so conveniently close!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
From June 2 - August 25, 2024 this home has a 7-day minimum with check ins/outs on Sundays only.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

Pets are not allowed at this home.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

My family and I enjoyed staying at the property. The house is spacious and we really loved the pool and hot tub The neighborhood is so nice. Woodsy and close to the beach. We loved the beach and we also walked up to the nearby pizza restaurant. We all enjoyed our time and everything went very smoothly.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. Property was as described, very cute, comfy, and clean. Super comfortable beds. The hot tub was perfect relaxation in the cold 28 degree weather for evening wind down or morning coffee while you watch the neighborhood deer make their way through the backyards. Great central location to New Buffalo, Michigan City, and Three Oaks for great restaurants, casinos, and wineries, and distilleries. Plenty to enjoy even in the cooler months.

Great Lake House!

Well appointed lake house in the Michiana Area. We stayed over the winter so could not take advantage of the pool. The 3 season room was still somewhat usable. The property manager was easy to communicate with via text. The master bed rooms both had comfortable kings. The other two bedrooms were stacked full of beds as was the basement - the place is set up for a decent size group, but was still great for us. We had 7 in our group and were very comfortable. Kitchen was as expected. Overall a good experience and we'd stay here again. Thanks!

Would stay here again

This property has an awesome location, 10 minutes from downtown New Buffalo and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The backyard pool and hot tub area was amazing, wanting us to stay at home the entire time. The inside was just as amazing. Large area and screened in porch for dinners and game playing. Beds were so comfy and the space was super clean. If you are looking for a place to stay with family, this is it!

Had a wonderful stay. Home is set beautifully in a quiet neighborhood that was perfect for peaceful walks. The lake is so close to the house. Very short walk and a very quiet private beach. We had the sunsets to ourselves! The pool and hot tub were well maintained and very nice to use! House was set up well. Very cute and had all we could have needed and more. We both agreed the bed we used was very comfortable which was very appreciated. Pillows were awesome too. Overall, a great experience!
