Payment Policy

All of Juniper’s guests will be charged 50% of their payment at confirmation. The remaining 50% of their bill will be debited from the same payment source 14 days before their scheduled check-in. 

Pre-Reservation Screening Policy

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important Note: The information collected in this process is for screening and verification only.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a guest occupancy agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing a reservation you agree to the following:

  • You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
  • You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
  • You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by Juniper Holiday + Home, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
  • You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

Rental Policies

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home’s Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in.

The minimum age to rent a Juniper Holiday + Home vacation rental is 25. The guest who books the reservation is expected to be the onsite contact, it is against policy for anyone to book a rental for underage guests, and NOT be on premise during the stay.

Cancellation Policy

**Please note that our cancellation policy varies on each booking platform.

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If guests cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive 50% of any monies paid. Otherwise, refunds will not be given.

While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy to assist you if cancellation is a concern. We have partnered with Generali Global Assistance to offer Guest Protect Travel Insurance which you can learn more about and purchase here.

Holiday Policy

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
