A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
There is no swimming or wading permitted in the pond. The pond is not stocked with fish and exists for aesthetic and drainage purposes only.
This home has a Blink Security doorbell with a camera and a Blink Security motion sensor light and camera that faces the driveway. There is also a device that allows the garage door to be opened and closed remotely for package deliveries. There is a camera in the garage that faces the garage door, allowing the homeowner to monitor delivery personnel entering the garage to place packages. There is a camera that overlooks the pond area in the backyard.

Amazing Weekend Getaway House!

That was an amazing weekend getaway house for my family and friends! We had such a great time having a couple bonfiresand hot tub times! Great surroundings! This house was as clean as they come! They had tons of games and supplies incase or an emergency. It was so close to Cherry beach! Only 8min drive! We will definitely be staying again!"
