This spacious 3-bedroom chalet comfortably sleeps six guests and features a screened porch, park side patio, and multiple outdoor living areas. Guests are just a short walk from the sandy beach and enjoy access to the resort’s full range of amenities including 3 pools, sports courts, playgrounds, volleyball, ponds, and more.
The Space
Inside, this thoughtfully designed A-frame Chalet offers a larger main level thanks to a first-floor dormer that expands both the living room and the downstairs bedroom. The open living area includes a smart TV and comfortable seating, creating a welcoming gathering space after a day at the pool or beach.
The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals. Just off the living area, the 3-season screened porch offers a smart TV and relaxed seating with views of the surrounding park space. A side deck includes outdoor furniture, and the 22' x 15' park side patio features a picnic table, gas and charcoal grill, perfect for outdoor meals and evening gatherings.

Other Things to Note
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
