Upstairs includes three well-appointed bedrooms, each with their own flatscreen TV -- two with queen-sized beds, one with twin beds. One bedroom also has a desk with large plug-in monitor that makes an ideal spot for remote commuting in a quiet space.
The fully fenced backyard features a slate patio, eye-catching rock and flower garden, pacifying lily pond. and outdoor seating. Nice, clean attached 2-car garage. The nearby downtown Douglas area flourishes with a rich and relaxed culture, as does Saugatuck, just 2 miles away. Besides having two super-close popular lakes, Chicago’s magnificent metropolis is a convenient 2-hour drive from Douglas.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome up to 2 dogs here. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.
The EV charger is Tesla - owners of non-Tesla vehicles will need to bring an adapter to use the charger.
Due to municipal code we are not allowed to have a fire pit at this home.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
