Our Stay at Juniper's place was more than we could have expected and truly more beautiful than the pictures do it justice. The layout of the home is cozy with a traditional wood fireplace, open kitchen and enough seating for the family to gather around for games and charades. The home offers plenty of kitchen supplies, bedding and bathroom toiletries. The hot tub was an extra perk late at night and did I mention Lake Michigan beach is 2 miles away!! Our family enjoyed every night at the house and we are already planning to return this summer to enjoy the pool and wrap around porch!

Overall great experience, we really enjoyed our stay! The home is very clean, well kept, and very spacious. There's even a nice loft area with a desk, TV, and couch where you can work privately during your stay. Just a quick 3-4 min drive to the beach (just make sure to bring your own beach chairs, towels are available at the home) where you can see an AMAZING sunset, highly recommend setting aside time to see it! The host was also very responsive to our questions and easy to communicate with.

Property was fantastic for our 4 day Getaway. Location was awesome just a few miles from New Buffalo and close to several restaurants, even in the winter. We ate down in New Buffalo & ordered some take out from the Roadhouse. We just had a great time.. The house is spotless and gorgeous. We will come back for sure.. We rent VRBO properties all over the United States & my wife and I are extremely picky about dirty places. This place felt like home the the moment we walked in, everything was clean, organized and ready to go. We will be making another reservation for a Summer trip with the kids so they can use gorgeous in ground pool.

We loved this place! Excellent new, fancy, huge hot tub in a secluded yard. Lovely screened porch, and we really enjoyed the woodburning fireplace and they supply wood! We stayed with two newborns and didn't really hear them during the night. The house was very tastefully decorated, beds were comfortable (except the pullout sofa bed) and there were nice little "extra touches". Location is great, 10 minute walk to a small, private beach, and a cute little coffee shop with fun grocery items was a 2-min drive from the home. Home is close to train tracks, but we did not notice any train noise at night. Would definitely return (and it would be great in the summer!)

We did a girls weekend and with all the amenities, we did not feel like we needed to leave the house. We enjoyed the patio, pool and hot tub. We spent most of the time outside while enjoying our beautiful late summer weekend. We enjoyed the house decor and the beds were so comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Gorgeous house. Great location. For the most part secluded. Easy to work with, great communication. Hot tub was anticipated bonus however we couldn’t get it to the desired temp (hoping for 100 and we couldn’t get it past 93, so it saw little use). Having said that I’d rent again. Very clean. The house itself exceeded expectations

This is supremely one of the best Holiday vacations we have ever had. The place is pristine, family-friendly, and an absolute gem. Our family spent Christmas here and enjoyed our lovely stay. The amenities are superb, and the home, warm and cozy. We will definitely book and stay again in the near future.
One more thing - if you send a note to the property manager, you get immediate, fast response. This is definitely five stars!

This home was beautiful and very comfortable for our extended family. It was very private and kept all ages busy and happy. The hot tub and fire pit were used and very welcome. No pool, as it was mid-October and a bit too cool to use the screen porch much. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, plates and silverware. The house had a great open space with fireplace, sitting area and TV open to the kitchen and eating area. The main sleeping areas were all on the mail level, avoiding stairs for our older members. We gathered 10 around the table to eat without difficulty. Well located, it was just a walk or short drive to Lake Michigan, which had a beautiful fall look to it. Juniper was wonderful to work with and contacted us numerous times to insure our satisfaction. We would certainly come back to enjoy this beautiful house again, and not hesitate to try their other properties.

This home is beautiful, the grounds are private and gorgeous. The pool and hot tub are perfect for the property. The hosts are communicative and friendly.
A gem of a rental for sure, even better than we had anticipated. Close to local restaurants and u-pick farms.

MAGICAL home. We loved every minute of our stay here. It's a beautiful place, from top to bottom, with such style and charm. The location was perfect. It's a 5 min drive to a beach with parking which we LOVED walking daily. The in-ground heated pool and hot tub filled all our other hours when we weren't pretending to "work from home". Our host was perfect and provided instant feedback when we had questions. Best week of our year for sure. We can't wait to go back if we are lucky enough to!

Lovely, spotless home, with a pool and hot tub we thoroughly enjoyed. Close to beaches and nature, shops and restaurants. Unfortunately many close after Labor Day or cut hours back to weekends only so we were only able to experience a few. Highly recommend for a wonderful retreat from the city.

We had a great time staying at the house. The house was very clean. The pool was immaculate! My kids loved the pool and the bunk bed bedroom. We lost electricity due to storms for about 24 hours and the owner could not have been more helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!!!

Great location to experience the Harbor Country of Lake Michigan in the summer. Large and clean heated pool, with an automated cover, easy to use hot tub, kitchen stocked with all the essentials and a very convenient layout to the house for seamlessly moving indoors and outdoors including a screened in porch with multiple seating types. Super responsive host that made the stay easy. Really short drive to shops / restaurants in Union Pier and New Buffalo. Also quick drive to Warren Dunes State Park with its beaches and dunes. Comfortable, cozy, clean, convenient and cool as in lots of cool fun!

This home is simply perfect for a getaway in west Michigan! The host was wonderful; friendly, responsive, flexible, and detailed. The home is immaculate and very clean. The gorgeous/comfortable pool, relaxing hot tub, convenient fire pit, beautiful sun loungers and adirondack chairs were in pristine condition and welcoming. The deck and wrap around screened in porch, the large table for playing cards, and huge island were perfect for creating family memories. The interior and exterior were done beautifully, bathrooms were large and updated, furnishings comfortable - right down to soft sheets and fluffy towels. Parking was plenty and there was a lot of great information provided on local hot spots and recommendations. The home is secluded, yet close to golf, shops, cafes, restaurants, beaches. Couldn't have asked for more, hope to come back again! Zero negatives to speak of during our stay.

This is the perfect house for a girl's getaway weekend. We enjoyed the house in morning and evenings and explored the area during the day. Union Pier and New Buffalo have lots to explore, there are many wineries nearby, and you are close to Lake Michigan. We are already planning our return. The host responded to our many inquiries. Truly a great space that provides a secluded, private getaway but that is also close to lots of things to do.

This home is amazing. I managed to snag a last-minute week here - maybe someone else cancelled, or else I just got lucky! Took my two pups and worked from Michigan for a week. The hardwood floors in the main part of the home are stunning. The kitchen has everything you need. The art has actually been updated since the listing photos, and it’s lovely and peaceful. It gives the entire home a spa-like vibe. The pool is amazing, as is the hot tub. Close the pool cover at night (it’s easy to do) or you’ll get critters! I had to fish a poor toad out with the net one AM. The location truly feels private, but you’re quite close to New Buffalo, Sawyer, and Three Oaks - all of which offer plenty of venues for food and fun. Bed was comfy, A/C worked great. Bring bug spray and sunscreen. If you can get this gem, book it! I’m already plotting my return.

Had a wonderful time catching up with family for a long weekend. Such a lovely home and gorgeous landscaping, if that's something that matters to you :) Great location right off of twelve, but secluded. Great views of the stars (not much light pollution, unlike the city). Ten-minute leisurely walk to public access to Lake Michigan (three-minute drive). Pool and hot tub were even better than we'd imagined. Kids absolutely LOVED. Layout of the house is lovely, comfortable beds, and lots of available sitting/relaxing. Fireplace and fire pit were both welcome, cozy touches. My brother-in-law recommended it to several people he works with in Chicago -- and my mother asked if the house was available again this summer :) So great.

The house was quite nice with everything needed for 2 families with children. The master bed and bath was great. Note that sound from the upstairs loft does travel down to the living room, and vice versa, which is not a big deal as long as everyone goes to sleep at the same time. Late night folks can hang out on the porch, which has comfortable furniture for lounging. Hot tub was a hit!

We loved our stay at the Huron House - great WiFi for 4 people to work during the week and the hot tub was a dream to help us unwind. While the place is was big enough for us to spread out, it felt super cozy with the fire in the fireplace! Valerie was so responsive and answered any questions immediately. We really enjoyed our weekend in this house. We were a party of 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely recommend! Valerie is so accessible and attentive. Definitely one of the top Airbnbs I've been to that check off the priority list. Wonderful decor, great amenities, so tidy, and even the welcoming booklet is professional. Definitely coming back in the summer!

Valerie is a great host! Super responsive to any questions that I had. The house is so cozy, warm, clean, and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our cold evenings in the hot tub as well. It was a great winter get away!

This home was spotless, spacious, and exactly what we needed to enjoy time with our family. Valerie was exceptional to work with and answered our questions promptly. We really enjoyed our stay here. After many months of work and school at home, this beautiful space was the getaway our small family needed. The house is spacious but still cozy. The beds were very comfortable and there were nice touches like cozy blankets, extra pillows and plenty of bath and beach towels. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub, which is professionally cared for weekly. There is everything you need to make a big meal (we were there for thanksgiving week and there are dishes and utensils and everything but the food to make our meal). My younger kids loved the set up in the bedroom with the bunk beds and desk and spent quiet time in there everyday. We brought our gaming system and set that up in the upstairs loft. Lake MI is within walking distance and we enjoyed a 3 mile walk admiring the homes along the lake. The only thing I would say is that many places were closed (due to Covid, the holiday and the season), but we stayed entertained at the house. We will be back!

Excellent location and house had everything needed for 6 adults to totally enjoy an extended weekend. House felt safe and secure. Online pictures are accurate. Hot tub was amazing. Book with tips on restaurants and grocery stores much appreciated. Valerie was very quick to respond to questions. Well stocked with everything needed to cook or grill out. In these crazy times, it was so nice to sit in front of a beautiful fire and play games with family. We would most definitely stay here again.

A gorgeous house on a lovely little piece of property. Clean and spacious, and great amenities included. Would love to return in the warmer months and try out the pool! The hot tub was fantastic. Tons of firewood was provided too, which our group made use of in the fireplace in the home which was cozy and inviting. Thank you!

The whole experience was magnificent. Valerie was very clear about check-in, it all went smoothly, and I couldn’t have asked for a better contact any time I had a question. The house also had everything I needed - and then some! While you’ll hear some road noise and the trains, it all feels very private and the landscaping makes any time spent outside using the amenities extra special. It also had the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a long time. I can picture having a wonderful time there at any point during the year.

Valerie’s home cannot be better! The home is gorgeous, beautifully furnished, the yard is simply magical. The pool heater unfortunately was not working during our stay unexpectedly but the hot tub more than made up for it. And to boot, Valerie made it right by offering a concession to make up for the pool.

What a beautiful home on a lushly landscaped plot of land with an amazing pool, hot tub and firepit! The location of this house is also amazing, Union Pier, Three Oaks and Sawyer all just a quick drive away. We’ll be back in Summer to enjoy this house and it’s gorgeous pool!
