Framed by palms and the sound of the surf, outdoor living at La Casa del Estanque is second to none where the heated pool and spa offer a seamless connection to the Gulf beyond. At the edge of the property a private path leads directly from the lawn to the sand, with an exclusive beach entrance and cold-water shower for rinsing off after a swim. A second outdoor shower - with soothing hot and cold water - sits just off the pool terrace. To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Pets are not allowed at this home.
STORM POLICY:
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. Additionally, Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds.
Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. flooding, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) at time of booking. We urge our guests to buy travel insurance for coverage in the instance that interruptions force your stay to be canceled.
Monthly Reservations Only: Cleanings every two weeks are mandatory and billed at this property's listed departure cleaning rate (shown during booking). The number of required cleanings depends on the length of stay and will be confirmed separately after booking. Please contact us before booking if you'd like an estimate of the total cleaning charges.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
