With a sunroom and 3 walls of windows for viewing the lake and expansive backyard, plus a deck w/ a grill, you can't miss! Add chic-and-comfy furnishings and a fireplace, plus a kitchen featuring custom wood cabinets, white marble island and deck access. The Master BR has a Queen bed and lake view. The 2 other BRs each have 2 twin beds. Super-near upscale shops, restaurants and New Buffalo beach.
THE SPACE
Lake Michigan Getaway has a spacious open floor plan all on one level with a wall of windows looking out over the expansive backyard and Lake Michigan. The kitchen opens out to the deck for easy indoor/outdoor entertaining and flows through to the living area so everyone can enjoy each other's company and the glorious view.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and lake view, too! Two additional bedrooms – each with 2 twin beds - and two full baths, comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. An all-season sunroom has three walls of windows looking out toward the lake and gives your group another great spot to hang out, enjoy a card game, watch a movie, or just relax and watch the ever-changing colors and moods of Lake Michigan.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood that takes you away from the bustle of downtown, yet you're just a bike ride away from a host of shops, restaurants, and the New Buffalo public beach.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
While this home is waterfront, there is no sandy beach or swimming area. There is a rock wall at the edge of the property that drops off to the rock erosion barrier.
The garage is not available for guest use.
For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome a maximum of one (1) dog under 50 lbs here. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi, we will be trailering our boat and wanted to know the general vicinity and street of house to see if we would be able to unload our vehicle with trailer attached. If you can provide any information it would be appreciated.
Answer:
Boats and trailers are allowed in the driveway of the home, however, it will limit the available parking spaces from 4 to maybe 2 depending on the size of your boat and trailer.
