From the moment you and your guests step through the front door of Harbor Haven, you’ll begin relaxing, feeling the joy of being surrounded by elegant, yet cozy furniture and appealing metro decor, plus knowing you’ll have magnificent harbor views each and every day of your vacation.

When it’s time to kick up your feet and watch a favorite movie or show, there are plenty of comfortable seating options, and a flat-screen TV housed in an exquisite armoire for your viewing pleasure.

Anyone hungry? Vacay meals and snacks are easier to make in a fully-equipped kitchen like this one, featuring top-end stainless-steel appliances - a dishwasher, too – and we hear the charming breakfast nook is a popular gathering spot for morning coffee and tasty treats.

Downstairs, there’s another place for you and your Peeps to hang out – a family room with couches, a nice bar and another flat-screen TV. Chill-out time, anyone?

Sweet dreams come standard with each bedroom in Harbor Haven, largely because we use only high-quality mattresses, bedding and linens, and the styling and accessories lend themselves to a soothing ambience. The Master Bedroom also has its own flat-screen TV.

You and your guests will have even more options, when it comes to bathrooms, as there’s a walk-in shower in the basement level bathroom, and a soaker tub-shower combo in both of the other bathrooms. All of them are nicely appointed and have deluxe fixtures. Plus, there’s a top-quality washer and dryer, with all the essentials you need for handling your vacation laundry.

The back deck will certainly be a common gathering spot, as it has an excellent rattan dining set, a primo gas barbecue grill and amazing harbor views! Lean back and soak in the good vibes, y’all.

Now, besides being just a short walk away from a majestic, crystal-sand Lake Michigan beach, you and your guests can also enjoy the many activities afforded by New Buffalo’s countless amenities. Recently listed by Travel + Leisure magazine as one of America’s 50 Best Places to Travel, New Buffalo - just 70 miles from Chicago - is not just known for its pristine beaches, but also its wide range of outdoor activities, fine restaurants and art galleries, vintage and antique stores, stylish boutiques, distinguished wineries and local craft beer pubs. And the fact is, Harbor Haven is super-close to all of these! Plus, you’re less than a stone’s throw from the region’s largest recreational harbor – which includes boat, jet-ski, kayak and other watercraft rentals, as well as fishing expeditions and day or evening cruises. There are all sorts of nearby woodland, lake and riverside parks with hiking and biking trails galore, the most popular of which is Warren Dunes State Park, with its 2,000 acres of amazing sand dunes, gorgeous beachfront and wetland trails, as well as its extraordinary birdwatching! All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome a maximum of two (2) dogs here. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.
