This home welcomes guests with polished concrete floors warmed by 3-zone hydronic radiant heat, soaring ceilings, and intentional details that create a space both elegant and inviting. Perfect for groups of up to ten, it offers refined interiors, sleek chef’s kitchen, game room, two laundry rooms, and spacious social areas ideal for gathering and relaxing.

THE SPACE
Discover a collection of thoughtfully crafted social spaces where comfort meets sophistication. Sunlit living and dining areas flow into a gourmet chef’s kitchen anchored by a striking granite island and wrapped in quartz countertops. Fabuwood semi-custom cabinetry, Café stainless steel appliances, Signature Hardware fixtures, a stylish pot filler, and a generous walk-in pantry turn the kitchen into both a functional workspace and an artful centerpiece. Obsidian House's bathrooms offer a spa-like experience with sleek walk-in showers, warm gold fixtures, and calming design details. The primary ensuite features a freestanding soaking tub, double-sink vanity, custom porcelain walk-in shower, Bluetooth lighted mirrors, and quartz surfaces that echo the home’s refined palette. Each guest bathroom continues the theme with premium finishes, custom tilework, and boutique-style comforts.

Two fully equipped laundry rooms, one connected to the primary suite and another on the main level, add seamless convenience for longer stays and larger groups.

Outdoor living unfolds as its own unforgettable experience. Unwind in the private hot tub beneath the open Michigan sky, or gather around the custom fire-pit pavilion, where four cozy two-person swings create a magical circle for late-night conversations and stargazing. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

We welcome up to 2 dogs at this home at no additional charge. Please include the number of pets you plan to bring or let our team know after booking. 

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
