Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a Harbor Country location put guests close to the shoreline, local wineries, boutique shopping, and some of the area's best restaurants all season long.

Sea Glass is designed for easy group living, with comfortable gathering spaces inside and multiple outdoor spots to enjoy the coastal setting. The layout gives everyone room to spread out after a day at the beach, on the water, or exploring town, while the kitchen and living areas keep the group connected for shared meals and downtime.

Three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups:

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, plus a twin trundle

With 2.5 bathrooms thoughtfully placed throughout the home, mornings and post-beach rinse-offs stay simple, even with a full house.

Outside, Sea Glass really shines. The private rooftop deck is the standout feature, offering front-row seats to New Buffalo's sunsets over Lake Michigan. Guests also have access to the neighborhood's HOA pool and hot tub for easy relaxation without leaving the community. A private garage comes equipped with an EV charging station, plus beach chairs on hand so you can grab them and go, no packing required.

To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

This complex is 100% smoke-free and vape-free. The policy applies to all areas of the premises, including the exterior, balconies, porches, parking areas, and pool deck. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must exit the complex entirely.

The pool is seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day. Specific Open and closure dates are scheduled by the local pool vendor.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
