Welcome to Sun Sand & Tee Times, a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Harbor Shores retreat for up to 8 guests, set between Lake Michigan, the Paw Paw River, and the Harbor Shores Golf Course. Stroll to Jean Klock Park beach, bike the seven mile trail, or tee off nearby, then gather on the covered porch or around the patio fire table. With downtown St. Joseph less than 2 miles away and bikes and beach gear waiting in the garage, every day here is sun, sand, and tee time.

Step inside to a bright main level where everyone has a place to land. The living room rises with high ceilings and tall transom windows, and a sofa, loveseat, and two armchairs gather around the big screen smart TV and soundbar for movie nights. A sunset canvas sets the tone, while two swivel chairs by the window offer a quieter corner. The open kitchen pairs granite counters, a gas range, and stainless appliances with an island that seats four, then flows into a long dining table with benches under a modern farmhouse chandelier. A desk nook keeps remote work close to the fun.

Upstairs, vaulted ceilings, crisp white linens, and soft blush and coastal blue accents give each bedroom its own personality, and the master bedroom has four big windows and a roomy closet. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom gives extra guests a private place to rest up for the next round.

The master bedroom has a private bath with a granite double vanity and a tub and shower combo. Right outside Bedroom 2, a shared guest bath offers a second tub and shower with glass doors and guest toiletries. A main level powder room saves trips upstairs, and the lower level has a full bath near Bedroom 4 plus a washer, dryer, and laundry supplies for longer stays.

Outside, the good times move between two inviting spaces. The covered front porch has wicker chairs and Adirondack seating under string lights, an easy spot to watch the neighborhood stroll by or deal another round of cards after dark. Around the side, the patio pairs a fire table and Adirondack chairs with an umbrella picnic table and gas grill, so dinner goes straight from grill to table to fireside. Flower boxes, ornamental grasses, and shade trees frame the lawn, and come fall, the yard glows in red and gold.

Tucked into the Trailside neighborhood at Harbor Shores, this home is a short walk from the Jack Nicklaus Signature fairways of Harbor Shores Golf Club and a short stroll from Jean Klock Park beach. Bike the seven mile trail, paddle the Paw Paw River, or spend the afternoon at Silver Beach, where kids can ride the carousel and cool off at the splash pad. Downtown St. Joseph and the Benton Harbor Arts District offer shops, galleries, and lakefront dining, and nearby wineries and breweries make for easy afternoon tastings. End the day with a sunset walk out to the St. Joseph lighthouses, or plan a game day trip to Notre Dame, about 40 miles away.

To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

This complex is 100% smoke-free and vape-free. The policy applies to all areas of the premises, including the exterior, balconies, porches, parking areas, and pool deck. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must exit the complex entirely.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
