THE SPACE
Your vacation starts the moment you step inside and are swept up with the richness, warmth and spaciousness you’ll see and feel all around you. From the vaulted ceilings, great natural light and elegant furnishings in the main floor living room, to the fabulous dining room – with a fireplace - on the top floor, back downstairs to the cush-and-cozy basement family room, which is highlighted by tasteful art and décor with its own quite classy bar, each floor invites you and your family or friends to relax into some serious R-and-R. The Chef’s Kitchen, as well, is a gathering spot for morning coffee, meal-making and general snacking. It features top-end appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully-equipped with all you need for preparing scrumptious vacay food.

All of the super-comfy, stylishly appointed bedrooms are lavishly outfitted with top-quality bedding and linens for a sound sleep and sweet dreams. Plus, some feature flat-screen TVs for your and your guests’ viewing pleasure.

Both bathrooms are beautifully designed with rich accessories and deluxe fixtures. One features a tiled walk-in shower and dual stone-top vanity sinks, while the other has a soaker tub-shower and stone-top vanity. There’s also a first-floor laundry room with a high-end washer-dryer combo, with all the essentials to meet your and your guests’ needs.

The spacious back deck has a sweet outdoor dining set, an excellent gas barbecue grill and superb woodland views all around, with melodious birdsongs throughout the day and evening at no extra cost. Plus, there’s a way-cool firepit with laid-back Adirondack chairs for sippin’ a favorite beverage with your Peeps and counting stars!

So besides being just a stone’s throw from majestic Lake Michigan beaches like Cherry Beach and Pier Street Beach, you can also enjoy the many activities afforded by being quite near Warren Woods State Park, offering all sorts of woodland hiking and biking trails galore, or the region’s largest recreational harbor, providing you with countless water-related excursions and rentals, from fishing trips to boat, kayak, jet-ski and paddleboard rentals to day and evening cruises. There’s also the Acorn Theater, a local treasure for live performances of nationally recognized music artists, and a number of local breweries, wineries, brew pubs and even an award-winning distillery for y’all to check out. Of course, you and your guests can explore to your hearts’ content the many popular restaurants, art galleries, boutiques and antique shops just a hop, skip and a jump away in downtown New Buffalo.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Pets are not allowed at this home.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
