THE SPACE
From the moment you walk inside, you’ll see The Whit has been designed with spaciousness and elegance in mind, delivering it beautifully in every living space. From stylish and comfortable furnishings and eye-pleasing décor to nicely lit rooms and hardwood floors throughout, you and your guests will be relaxing in luxury, wherever you go in this home. Make a meal or snack in the well-equipped modern kitchen, then choose among numerous eating options – at the kitchen island, in the formal dining room or downstairs in the cozy family room. (Or any of your outside options, but more about that below.) Both levels have plenty of room and seating, as well as large flat-screen TVs for your viewing pleasure.

Each of the 5 bedrooms is super-comfy, exquisitely accessorized and outfitted with high-quality bedding and linens to guarantee a sound night’s sleep. And by the way, The Whit sleeps 10 (or 12 with the pull-out sofa) allowing you to have a wonderful, good-sized vacation gathering of family or friends. Sleeping configuration as follows:

The Whit has 2.5 beautifully appointed, fully equipped bathrooms, featuring stone-top vanities and high-end fixtures, plus glass-enclosed tiled showers and tubs. The Master bathroom has twin vanities and a tiled walk-in shower. Plus, there’s a high-end washer-dryer combo for all your laundering needs.

While you may find yourselves gathering in and around the beautiful pool with its large surrounding deck, don’t forget to spend some time in the fabulous - and yes, HUGE - Jacuzzi hot tub! As for eating outside, there’s an outdoor dining table and chairs looking out to the pool, plus a relaxing fire-pit for sitting around and enjoying a snack or sipping a drink as you watch the evening stars twinkle. We should mention this property has 5 off-street parking spaces.

Besides being only 2 blocks away from the many popular restaurants, galleries and boutique shops of downtown New Buffalo, you’re also just a short walk from a crystal-sand Lake Michigan beach! Plus, you can enjoy the many activities afforded by being super-near the region’s largest recreational harbor – including boat, kayak, canoe and paddleboard rentals, as well as fishing expeditions and day or evening cruises – and all sorts of woodland, lake and riverside parks with hiking and biking trails galore, and New Buffalo’s Oselka Park, which has baseball fields, playground equipment and tennis courts. And for even more variety, nearby Union Pier also has a number of other great restaurants, coffee shops and breakfast spots. Plus, being so centrally located, there are plenty of nearby fun activities to keep you busy during your vacation, including:

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome a maximum of two (2) dog under 25 lbs here. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring your dog.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
