THE SPACE
Tranquil, exceptionally private, and genuinely SW Michigan style through and through, this lovely home is dialed in with a breath of fresh air.

The interior spaces are styled with a beautiful contemporary cottage aesthetic. Ultramodern lines set the tone in the black-and-white kitchen featuring a gas range, loads of storage, and stainless-steel appliances. Conveniently share meals at the island bar or in the adjacent dining room that leads to the living room where a gas fireplace, cozy sofas, and TV with ROKU device provide all the comforts of home. Elevate family game night by choosing from a multitude of popular board games on our digital Infinity Arcade game board!

On the other end of the first floor, a flex space offers a second living room with a sleeper sofa, full bath with walk-in shower, and laundry.

A soothing escape awaits in the 3 bedrooms on the upper level which have been masterfully designed with a sophisticated color palette and curated furnishings that calm the senses. Every bathroom has essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton pads and Q-tips for guest convenience. Accommodations are as follows:

Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 – Two Twin-over-Twin Bunk beds

A second full bathroom on the upper level has a shower/tub combo, and both bathrooms in the home are pure sophistication with soothing classic finishes.

Outdoor living space can be found on nearly every side of the home! You'll treasure mornings and evenings relaxing in the airy screened porch and on the sunny grilling patio off the dining room. A deck off the 2nd living room in the front of the house offers a wonderful space to get away from the group. In the private backyard there’s a new hot tub, fire pit, and expansive deck.

For outside family fun we have corn hole boards, a large outdoor Jenga set, and a large outdoor Connect Four game. There is also a basketball and volleyball that can be used at the Grand Beach courts (found near the playground). We also have 4 backpack folding beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach towels, and sand toys for guest use.

If golf is your game of choice, be sure to bring your clubs as Grand Beach golf course is conveniently located across the street. We also have a golf cart that is available for your use in the community (not on the golf course). Please note that golf cart operators must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license with them to drive on the streets.

Just a quick 90-minute drive from Chicago, Grand Beach offers multiple points of Lake MI access, golf, tennis, and a playground for little travelers.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

Pets are not allowed at this home.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
