Valerie Gangas is the Founder and CEO of Juniper Holiday + Home, a premier vacation rental and property management company known for thoughtful hospitality, elevated guest experiences, and responsible homeowner partnerships.

Valerie founded Juniper in 2020, inspired by a lifelong connection to hospitality that began while helping run her family’s restaurant. That early experience shaped her belief that great service is personal, intentional, and rooted in care. Today, she brings that perspective to Juniper’s growing collection of vacation rentals across Southwest Michigan, Indiana & Montana, and other sought-after destinations.

As Juniper’s CEO, Valerie guides the company’s approach to vacation rental management, guest comfort, homeowner communication, and high-quality property care. Her leadership reflects a deep understanding of what both guests and homeowners need: beautiful homes, reliable service, clear expectations, and memorable stays.

Valerie holds a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Religious Studies and Women’s Studies. She is also the author of In Deep Shift and Enlightenment Is Sexy, bringing a unique perspective on transformation, connection, and intentional living to her work in hospitality.

At Juniper Holiday + Home, Valerie leads a primarily female team, with a few great guys in the mix, and remains committed to supporting women in business while building a company centered on quality, trust, and care.
