There is no swimming or wading permitted in the pond. The pond is not stocked with fish and exists for aesthetic and drainage purposes only.

This home has a Blink Security doorbell with a camera and a Blink Security motion sensor light and camera that faces the driveway. There is also a device that allows the garage door to be opened and closed remotely for package deliveries. There is a camera in the garage that faces the garage door, allowing the homeowner to monitor delivery personnel entering the garage to place packages.
