THE SPACE
Keck Hill is a unique, Midcentury Modern home designed by visionary architects William and George Fred Keck. Set against a panoramic backdrop of endless Lake Michigan views just outside New Buffalo, the showstopper at this stunning house is the amazing view that can be enjoyed from nearly every room. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the main social spaces beautifully showcase vistas of the lake’s endless shoreline, and the outdoor living spaces include a private sand beach, sun deck, and outdoor shower.

An open kitchen stocked with a deluxe housewares package anchors one end of the main living space with granite counters, top-of-the-line appliances, and large island with bar seating. In the middle, the dining area makes a statement when enjoying meals with 180° panoramic views. On the far end of the room a plush seating area is ideal for relaxing by the fireplace, but this takes a backseat to even more Lake MI views. Walkout access to the sundeck and private beach guarantees you can hit the water in less than 30 seconds!

Down the hall you’ll find a second living room w/ wet bar and café table, a dedicated workspace and the home’s 3 bedrooms. The primary suite has a queen bed and bathroom with a free-standing tub, dual vanity sink, and walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms sleep a total of 7 with 1 queen bed and 1 twin in one, and 2 bunk beds in the other. A second full bath with shower/tub combo is shared by these rooms. Need to wash clothes during your stay? There is a full laundry room with separate washer & dryer and a laundry sink as well.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
From June 2 - August 25, 2024 this home has a 7-day minimum with check ins/outs on Sundays only.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

Pets are not allowed at this home.
